1. Agreement to Terms

2. Membership Registration

Membership is offered on a Family Unit basis according to organizational rules. Registered profiles must contain accurate details. The administration reserves the right to approve, reject, block, or unblock membership profiles based on compliance with code of conduct and verification standards.

3. Donation Exemption & Direct Transfers

Direct bank transfers and campaigns processed on this website are logged in the database ledger. Donations made towards eligible campaigns qualify for tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Double check the transaction references to ensure receipt codes are generated properly.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the verification tools, certificates, letterhead formats, or member ID cards for unauthorized representation of the trust or other commercial gains. Violators are subject to profile blocking and legal procedures under respective IT laws.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh or Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
