Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations Refund

Savitribai Phule Yuva Sangathan / Aman Jan Sewa Samiti is a non-profit organization. Once a donation transaction is successfully processed online or logged via direct bank transfer, it is immediately allocated to social welfare campaigns (e.g. mass marriages, tree planting drives, or free schools). As such, **donations are generally non-refundable**.

2. Membership Fee Policy

The membership application fee is charged to cover administration charges, digital ID cards, and official certification generations. It is non-refundable, even in the event of membership suspension or blockages due to non-compliance with NGO codes of conduct.

3. Event & Internship Fees

Registration fees for educational seminars, social events, or internship programs are eligible for refund only if the event or internship program is cancelled or rescheduled by the trust. If a candidate cancels their registration independently, no refund will be issued.

4. Erroneous Deductions

If a duplicate payment is made or excess funds are debited due to network delays or payment gateway errors, donors should contact us within **7 working days** with payment transaction details to process a manual settlement or adjustment.
